JNC Development, Inc. has a team-mentality within our organization. This team consists of a network of management, in-house skilled craftsmen, trade partners, and vendors all working toward a common goal: client satisfaction. We achieve client satisfaction by focusing on four areas:

Management:
Management: The management of JNC Development is unique in that it comprises a group of good friends. We all worked our way up through the trade - learning our craft together as we became friends. They say not to mix business with friendship, but we have spent most of our careers working together as friends, and we do it well. Through our many years of hands-on experience in the field, our management team is adept at actual construction. But we are also very good at running a construction company. To assist us, JNC Development has invested in state-of-the-art construction software based upon Microsoft Office called UDA Construction Office (www.udatechnologies.com). UDA Construction Office seamlessly integrates the four main aspects of construction: estimating, production, accounting, and analysis, allowing us to easily handle the ever-increasing complexities of modern construction - both in the field, and in the office.
Skilled Craftsmen:
Our craftsmen frame the structure of our projects, and install all of the trim work. They also administer our service and warranty work. The structure of a building shelters its owners. It also supports and houses the systems that keep it operational. We frame the structure ourselves (in-house work), since it is the most important part of a project. In-house framing helps us maintain quality, keep our schedules, and control costs. Trim work gives a home or building its character. Owners see, touch, and admire these details daily. Installing the trim work ourselves is the most visible and effective way we add high quality to our projects. Finally, we promptly perform our own service work.
Trade Partners:
We realize we cannot do everything. That is why we work with a core group of trade partners. Our trade partners, commonly referred to as subcontractors, perform many tasks faster, cheaper, and better than we can perform them. They are hard-working, reliable members of our community. They are also experts in their fields, just as we are experts in our field. It takes a team of experts working together, each adding their own unique skills, to realize the results we consistently achieve when building for our clients.
Vendors:
We prefer to use local vendors when we procure the thousands of items that are used in a construction project. Local vendors have competitive pricing compared to the big box home-improvement giants. They also have access to that one thing I need that H**e D*p*t didn't have ... and L***'s said didn't exist. Finally, they provide something a mega-corporation cannot provide; customer service. In construction, service is as important as price. If there is a problem with an item, it is fixed promptly and fairly.
