Volunteer Organizations:
JNC Development, Inc., does much more than build homes: We build our community. We love the Truckee Meadows and, like JNC Development, Inc., we want our community to grow and prosper. In this regard, we have focused our charitable attentions toward two areas we find very important; that is, low income housing and science education.
JNC Development is currently the Contractor of Record for Truckee Meadows Habitat for Humanity (TMHH), a local chapter of the non-profit organization Habitat for Humanity. Jay Barkl serves as a member of its Board of Directors, and on the Construction Committee. The mission of TMHH is to provide low-income home ownership opportunities. TMHH is currently building thirteen homes for low-income families in the Stead area of the Truckee Meadows. For more information, or to volunteer, please contact TMHH at (775)-323-5511.
